Mandla Mafu
Managing Director
Mandla is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, currently focused on mental health services. His innate and learned skills in empathy have made Mandla an extraordinary health professional. He is an excellent communicator with a warm style. He has the gift of putting people at ease and making them feel heard. Mandla is a resilient and calm professional who inspires confidence in his clients.
He joined Forever as a managing Director to work with his personal vision to enable living people with disabilities to live a more rewarding life delivered by a more innovative approach to care. Mandla believes that lifestyle design based on goal setting, growth mindsets, enablement and assistive technologies have the capacity to empower people to more aligned with their life purpose.
He is passionate about working with clients to co-create a bolder vision for their lives, building their confidence and sense of personal safety to experiment with new experiences and develop new skills.
In addition to his qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Mandla has qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Clinical Nursing. Mandla spent 12 years working as mental health nursing and has experience in managing challenging behaviors & personality disorders.
Cathrine Moyo
Service Manager
Catherine has over two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse with a focus on delivering high level nursing care to patients within hospitals and the community. As a natural team player Catherine is passionate about the delivery of holistic patient-centered care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Catherine has extensive experience in clinical treatments and referral in emergency situation. She leads Forever’s delivery of services to people living with complex medical conditions and disabilities. Her nursing experience with includes treating patients with spinal injuries, acute and chronic wound management, cardiac monitoring and oxygen administration, oral medications and injections. As a natural leader, Catherine has provided ongoing mentoring and support to graduate and student nurses.
As a Service Manager, Catherine is committed to growing Forever as an employer of choice, managing dignity at work, and supporting employees ongoing professional development.
Catherine is passionate about recruiting employees who share Forever’s values of respect, safety and reliability. She believes by looking after Forever’s employees, Forever attracts the best people who deliver better services to clients.
